Managers and Coaches tools

There are various documents that may be useful throughout the season.
Some are attached here for reference.

Junior Rules

Each age division has different rules on ball size, player numbers and game times.  The most recent summary from AFL Canberra is attached here:

Some of these documents may come in handy on game day:

PlayHQ checklist for Game Day requirements.  This covers off how to go through each talk in PayHQ for each game.  PlayHQ Manager checklist

Note that position allocations are not required for Juniors.

PlayHQ

From Season 2022 all Coaches and Team Managers will be able to access direct contact information for their team through PlayHQ

Coaches need to complete coaching accreditation each year through Coach AFL.  Once you complete this, select your team as Belconnen Cats, then register as a volunteer through PlayHQ.  The club can now grant you access to your team.

Team Managers can access their team contacts by registering with PlayHQ as a Team Manager.  The club Registrar then appoints them to a team and you can view your team/squad on PlayHQ

The PlayHQ Team Manager user guide is accessed here.

There will be information regularly updated and added through the AFL Club Help page including training and support resources to help you navigate PlayHQ.
